Privacy Policy

This policy explains how POV Realty ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data on this website and on the project marketing pages we operate, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our forms: name, email address, mobile number, and any preferences or messages you include (for example bedroom type or buying timeline).
• Basic technical and campaign data: the page you enquired from, referring source, and advertising campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters and click IDs) when you arrive via an advertisement.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how these pages are used — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and which buttons are tapped (including the WhatsApp button). Google sets cookies in your browser to do this.

• What it collects. Pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and advertising campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters and Google click IDs.
• What it does not collect. We do not send your name, email address or mobile number to Google Analytics.
• Why. To measure which pages and adverts are working, in our legitimate interest of running and improving this marketing under the PDPA.
• Your choices. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use these pages or to contact us.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and connect you with a CEA-licensed property consultant.
• To send you the specific materials you requested (price lists, floor plans, brochures, reports).
• To measure which of our pages and campaigns lead to genuine enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the licensed consultant handling your enquiry and the service providers that run our forms, messaging and email infrastructure.

Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a form or messaging us, you consent to being contacted about your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time — reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or tell your consultant, and we will stop contacting you and remove you from our outreach lists.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our regulatory obligations, and we protect them with access controls — your details are visible only to the consultant serving you.
